Carly and Cody’s elopement along Going to the Sun Road was the perfect blend of elegance and romance. Along with breathtaking Montana scenery! They traveled all the way from Florida to say their vows in a place that holds deep meaning for Carly’s family. Her parents met in Glacier National Park, which made this location not only beautiful but also rich with personal history. The day began with their intimate ceremony at Sun Point. The spot was quiet, with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding peaks. It was such a dream! Because the park already carried so much sentimental value, every part of the day felt even more meaningful.

Exploring the Scenic Going to the Sun Road

Afterward, we set out to explore the iconic Going to the Sun Road. This route is known for its sweeping mountain vistas, turquoise lakes, and winding paths that seem to lead straight into the clouds. Throughout the drive, every curve revealed a new view, and in addition, each stop along the way gave us fresh inspiration for photos!

The journey felt like stepping into a postcard, with Carly’s flowing gown and Cody’s sharp suit standing out beautifully. We paused often to take in the views, breathe in the crisp air, and capture the little candid moments between them!

Ending the Day at Big Bend

Eventually, as the sun began to set, we made our way to Big Bend. This spot is famous for its dramatic curve in the road and panoramic views that stretch for miles. The golden light of the evening wrapped around the mountains, creating a warm glow for their final portraits of the day. It was the perfect way to end a celebration filled with so much love! However, what made it even more special was knowing this place will always connect Carly and Cody back to her family’s story.
