Alexis and Jake’s Love Story That Led Them To Their Spring Elopement

“Jake and I met on tinder while I was living and NE and he in MN. Jake asked for my snapchat and attempted to talk to me for months before I replied. He figured out i was coming home to MN for a weekend and asked if he could take me on a date so i said yes. We have been together ever since – we did long distance for 7 months and then I moved back to MN. about a year later we moved to Bozeman, MT together.

After a year of living there we bought a house in Belgrade and lived there for about a year until Jake broke his foot and needed surgery, so we had to move back to MN for better healthcare. We rented out (and still are renting out) our house in Montana and lived with my mom for almost a year in MN – and then we bought our own house in MN as well.This is why we decided to get married in MT, it is a very special place to us and really solidified our relationship. We have two kitties and a dog and love them very much!”
