You know I love a good Glacier National Park elopement, but I don’t only shoot in the park! While Glacier is absolutely stunning, it’s not for everyone, and that’s ok! There are so many beautiful locations outside of the park where you can still have breathtaking views and the perfect adventure elopement! With that being said, let’s get into the reasons why eloping in Glacier National Park may be for you, or why eloping outside of the park may be a better fit for you and your future spouse!

Reasons to Have Your Epic Adventure Elopement Inside of Glacier National Park

1. The VIEWS!!! They are insanely stunning and so majestic! It doesn’t matter what ceremony spot you choose, it will be gorgeous and breathtaking!
2. There are SO many places we can hike to! I know of many hidden gems we can go to or even hike to the main hot spots! The park is huge, so if you are wanting a variety of different backdrops and scenes, this is your place!
3. Adventure means we will be hiking all around which creates a more intimate experience to see and do things you wouldn’t typically do with a typical wedding.
4. You can wear your hiking boots as wedding shoes!!! Yes, you heard me! Hiking boots!! So many of my brides wear their hiking boots to be more comfortable! This will allow us to go to places most people won’t go to elope! And don’t worry, you’ll still look absolutely stunning in your photos even with boots!
5. You can customize your day to fill you and your partner’s cup! If you want to hike to Grinnell Glacier and then have a catered picnic at the end of the day, let’s do it! Options are totally endless to get these epic, adventurous shots!

Reasons to Have Your Epic Adventure Elopement Outside of Glacier National Park

1. Eloping outside of the park is not as busy! You can have a more personal, intimate experience without the crowds.
2. You won’t have to deal with obtaining a permit (in some cases) and you have more options on where you can have your ceremony!
3. This makes your adventure elopement more catered to you and what makes you happy. You are able to choose a location that completely represents you and your partner!
4. There are some EPIC views outside of Glacier (hence these images). They can be completely adventurous. Think hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, etc. Or they can be within driving or walking distance!
5. The views are seriously just as STUNNING! Plus, you just never know who or what you’re going to run into (hence the cute mountain goat!)
