This whimsical mountain elopement at sunrise in Glacier National Park with Rylie and Cade was such a dream! Many people don’t know, but the sunrise in Glacier National Park in August is EARLY! This particular August, the West side entrance couldn’t be accessed until 6am. This means we would’ve missed sunrise for this mountain elopement, so we had to drive around. Luckily, I booked a room at the Tiny Homes in St. Mary’s (which are SO CUTE, make sure you check them out!) so we could get there super early and enjoy that sunrise! Rylie & Cade’s Whimsical Mountain Elopement at Sunrise in GNP

Because I booked a room and stayed at the Tiny Homes in St. Mary’s, it was only about a 30 minute drive to the location. Had I not booked a room, it would have been almost a three hour drive for me!! Crazy right?!? Nobody want’s to be driving that in the dark, in the wee early hours of the morning – no thank you! So, thank goodness I was able to find a room there!! We ended up hiking to our main location and began shooting. I love starting the day off with an adventure and this one was truly so stunning! First of all, Cade and Rylie’s love is just unmatched! They were so natural together and intimate, I mean just look at them! They’re gorgeous. These two were definitely very easy to capture and the session just flowed. The most magical part of this session was when the sun peaked over the mountains. They were lit with beautiful golden tones and it turned everything into magic! Talk about such a romantic mountain elopement with a backdrop like that!
